The annual Piper Cub Fly in at Lompoc Airport was last weekend. It was fun to walk around and see all of the restored airplanes. The owners were very enthusiastic and eager to talk about their planes and flying in general. It was a entertaining and educational time. If you get a chance to go to a club air show, do it. No crowds & lots of face time with the actual owners.
