Well isn't this just a June surprise. We moved from June Gloom to June monsoon (trying to keep the alliteration going). This must be a stage 4 flood for Goleta, which means about 1/2 an inch of the 'ole liquid sunshine- and a slew of traffic accidents. Good luck to all the Santa Barbarians and Goletians, we can 'weather' this storm. Stay indoors and tune into the local radio station while playing your game console. And, when driving- do as usual in the rain- either drive 30mph slower or faster than normal dry conditions.
