The Can 'o' Worms deepens

As with any project, the further we get, the more gets added to the list of things that need to be done.
We had to re-route the plumbing from the slab to over head in the attic. Thats fine, but of course........ The plumber got completely done- except the master bathroom. Due to the layout of the forced air heater in proximity of the master bathroom, the plumber could not get to the shower. SO..... the master bathroom is now part of the project. In order to get the plumbing routed into the master shower (and be able to turn on the water) the shower and heater had to be demo'd. We have to remove the shower to get the plumbing behind it, so we might as well remove the heater, expand the bathroom, and put in a shower/tub. That of course means a new sink and toilet as well. Therefore tile and drywall... and a window.
And to think this all started with a small leak under the kitchen sink - and now a 4 room remodel, just to get the house up to code/usable condition.
